By downloading or using Pabo (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

What Pabo is

Pabo is an entertainment and self-control tool. You simulate ordering things you’re tempted to buy; no real goods or deliveries are ever provided, and any “order,” “tracking,” or “delivery” shown in the app is fictional. Savings figures reflect amounts you chose not to spend and are for personal motivation only - they are not financial advice.

Subscriptions & billing

Pabo offers optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers and then costs $34.99 per year. The monthly plan costs $4.49 per month and does not include a free trial. Your storefront may display an equivalent localized price, currency, or applicable taxes; the price and trial eligibility shown in the store purchase sheet at confirmation control.

After an eligible annual trial, payment is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the deadline shown by the applicable store; Apple generally requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting Pabo does not cancel your subscription. Your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged through the store where you subscribed. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store policy.

Apple users are also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Subscription status is managed for Pabo by RevenueCat as described in our Privacy Policy.

Analytics & privacy

Pabo processes pseudonymous product-usage analytics when enabled and processes pseudonymous subscription information through RevenueCat, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can turn off future product analytics in Pabo’s Privacy settings; subscription processing remains necessary to provide and restore Pro access.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular savings result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
